Erectile dysfunction has ceased to be the dreaded disease it was considered to be earlier. It is not as if the effects of the disease have diminished nor have they become less venomous, it is only that today there are effective ED cures available in the market. Earlier only elementary attempts were made by people at achieving some kind of control over the disease. Through the natural and herbal methods some kind of success was achieved in some cases of ED. But these methods could not be taken as the sure shot ED cures because they failed in several other ED cases.
Similarly, even the oral ED drugs that have created such waves in the medical world cannot be taken as the ultimate answer to erectile dysfunction. No doubt they are far better and much effective than the other attempted ED medic ...Read More

These essential fatty acids have been found to reduce the risk of heart disease, improve the functioning of the eyes and brain, keep a healthy immune system, and even help relieve your diabetes symptoms.  Oily fish, such as mackerel and salmon have been found to be one of the best natural sources of these essential fatty acids, however there is a lot of controversy surrounding the quality of the fish we buy today.
Taking a fish oil supplement is a great way to get Omega 3 acids, especially if you are not a big fish eater or worry about how much you are taking.  However, not all fish oil supplements are the same, some ...Read More

When we have a stomachache or are sick, we are often told we have a bug. It is true that there are”bugs” that live in our digestive systems. But there are good bugs and bad bugs.
First of all, bugs are living microorganisms. Within our bodies there must be a balance with those microorganisms to keep us healthy and feeling at our best. This is where Probiotics come in. Probiotics are the good bugs.
Scientifically, Probiotic bacterial cultures are intended to assist the body’s naturally occurring gut flora, ecology of microbes, to re-establish themselves. Doctors sometimes recommend them, and, more frequently, they are prescribed by nutritionists after a course of antibiotics, or as part of the treatment for gut related candidiasis. Claims are made that Probiotics strengthe ...Read More

Injuries are a daily part of high school sports. Star athletes expecting scholarships and a bright future know that all of that can change in a split second if they become injured in practice or play and have to sit out too many games. What many don’t realize is that returning to play too soon can cost them their lives.
Concussions don’t always mean losing consciousness. They often go unnoticed unreported, or ignored by players and coaches alike, putting players at risk for deadly second impact syndrome.

Recently on ABC World News Charlie Gibson did a story that kind of surprised me. He announced to his audience that Diabetes has become an epidemic in the U.S.-NO ****!!

Your infertility specialist may recommend laparoscopy to diagnose and treat endometriosis. Laparoscopy is a relatively non-invasive procedure, especially in the diagnostic phase of your infertility treatment. It can be a lot more invasive, and can be considered a major surgery when it is used to treat endometriosis.
To perform a laparoscopic procedure, your doctor will make a small incision near your navel. Your abdomen will be filled with carbon dioxide to inflate it. This allows the doctor to then insert the laparoscope and inspect your reproductive organs and abdominal cavity. The inflation gives the doctor plenty of room to look around. Your body may be tilted back during the procedure so that your intestines and other organs will shift higher up into your body. This gives the surgeon ...Read More
